ham, egg, and cheese breakfast rolls are so easy to make
It’s spring break here so this post is going to be a short one! My kids are just rolling out of bed and I want to grab them and have them sweep the garage, sort their laundry, and clean their rooms before they sneak out the back to door!
Last Friday night Carson, my oldest, went hunting with his friends. He called me at 10:30 at night and told me they were going to run to Taco Bell for dinner. Um, we live and hour from the nearest Taco Bell and I’ll be honest, I didn’t want to stay wait up for him until at least 1:00 a.m. when he got home.
Thank goodness I had leftovers in the fridge and I suggested they come to our house and eat here. All you have to say to get lure teenage boys to your house is “I have food”. They came, they ate, they ate alot! In fact they polished off all of the leftovers I had including Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Rolls! You know if they were a hit with a houseful of teenage boys who wanted to drive to Taco Bell, they will be a hit with your family too!
ham, egg, and cheese breakfast rolls are a hit anytime of the day
Are you a breakfast for dinner family? Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Rolls come together so quickly they are not only perfect for busy mornings but for busy weeknights too! Regardless of what time of day you eat your breakfast I have a feeling you are Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Rolls will be a hit!
I would make Ham, Egg, and Cheese breakfast rolls every weekend if it meant my teenagers and their friends would hang out at my house! I would much rather have them here in my home instead of driving around doing who knows what! They are welcome to come chow down my leftovers anytime!

My husband told me to come and leave a really good review lol. He’s never done that before! This was phenomenal. We are making it again this weekend with bacon and ground sausage to try it out! I tried it exactly your way and also with swiss but your way with the cheddar was by far the winner. Thanks for such a fun, amazing recipe!

I just made this recipe and am eating it currently! It tastes pretty good, but my real comment is the cook time. The recipe said 20–25 at 350, and it took about an hour, and the dough in the middle isn’t quite done all the way still. Other wise it is good! Didn’t take long to put it together either!
Amy Engberson says
I’m glad you enjoyed it! I wonder if your breakfast roll was a little thicker than mine causing it to take a little longer to bake all the way through? That might have been the difference.
Nicole says
The first time I made it, my kids kept on asking me to make it again and now it is sort of like a tradition in the house to eat this for breakfast. It is absolutely delicious and I would totally recommend this delicious meal for you and your family, I sure that you will love it with the first bite! Because I sure did.
Amy Engberson says
Yay for a meal the whole family loves, especially when it’s fast and easy like this! I’m so glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks
Amy Engberson says
I haven’t actually ever frozen them before but I think it would work perfectly!
Carrie says
Hi Amy –
Could I make these a day ahead of time? I saw your make ahead sliders and I wondered if I could do the same with the rolls?
Thank you, Carrie
Amy Engberson says
My family eats leftovers all the time! My boys warm these up in the microwave quite often for breakfast or for an afterschool snack! Obviously they aren’t quite as fresh as they are when they come right out of the oven, but the convenience is totally worth it!

Thank you!!!
