Crispy apples, crunchy streusel topping and creamy Greek yogurt dressing make a crazy good salad. Trust me, you aren’t going to want to put your fork down!
You know I live a long ways from the grocery store and don’t always have fresh fruits and veggies at my house. I needed a quick salad to make one day and wanted to make my favorite Grape Salad. Have you tried it yet? It’s diving. Anyway, I didn’t have any grapes and decided it would probably be just as delicious with apples. Greek Yogurt Apple Salad was born and I was right! It’s so YUMMY!
Seriously, my mouth loves this salad! As hard as I was trying to practice portion control, I couldn’t stop eating this. Besides the crunchy streusel topping, this apple salad is actually pretty healthy.
I can’t decide if the crispy apples, crunchy streusel or the creamy dressing is my favorite part. Put them all together and it makes a happy dance in my mouth.
This apple salad is another one of those divine recipes that’s going on my list of quick to make, crowd pleasing recipes. It’s one of those recipes people are going to swoon over!

I love the grape salad, and so does everyone else when I potluck it. I think the apples would be good substitute as well, and I might even through some cut up snicker candy bars in for good measure.
