11 ounces oyster crackers 1/3 cup butter 1 ounce package dry ranch dressing mix 1 teaspoon dried dill weed optional 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese optional
In a large microwavable bowl, melt butter.
Add parmesan cheese, dry Ranch seasoning, and dill weed to melted butter. Whisk to combine.
Add crackers and toss to coat.
Microwave in 30 second increments for 2 minutes. Stirring after each 30 seconds.
Spread on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Let set to cool.
Store in an air tight container.
Store crackers in an airtight container for up 1 week.
You can substitute vegetable oil for the butter.
