No Bake Ranch Oyster Crackers

No Bake Ranch Oyster Crackers are made in the microwave in about 10 minutes with 3 ingredients; oyster crackers, butter, and ranch dressing mix! Eat these crunchy, seasoned crackers as snacks, serve as an appetizer, or serve with soup!

Ingredients

  • 11 ounces oyster crackers
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 ounce package dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed optional
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions

  • In a large microwavable bowl, melt butter.
  • Add parmesan cheese, dry Ranch seasoning, and dill weed to melted butter. Whisk to combine.
  • Add crackers and toss to coat.
  • Microwave in 30 second increments for 2 minutes. Stirring after each 30 seconds.
  • Spread on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Let set to cool.
  • Store in an air tight container.

Notes

Store crackers in an airtight container for up 1 week. 
You can substitute vegetable oil for the butter.
