Ingredients

  • 7 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 3 Tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate thawed

Instructions

  • TIP: Be sure the cream cheese is at room temperature before making this recipe. Cold cream cheese will make the dip lumpy. We want a fluffy dip, not a lumpy dip!
Using an electric mixer or a rubber spatula, Mix room temperature cream cheese and orange juice together until it's smooth and creamy.
  • Using a rubber spatula fold the marshmallow fluff in until it's incorporated.
  • Put in a serving dish and refrigerate for several hours. Serve with fresh fruit.

Notes

To try these variations leave out the orange juice and add one of the following:
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla, coconut, or almond extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons of dry Jell-O powder (peach, strawberry, raspberry, etc)
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week. The fruit dip will separate a little bit, just stir it together.
