  • 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 15 large marshmallows
  • 1 c. dipping chocolate

  • Line muffin tins with liners.
  • Reserve 1 Tablespoon graham cracker crumbs.
  • Melt butter.
  • Mix butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs together until combined.
  • Use a small cookie scoop (about 1 Tablespoon size) to scoop peanut butter mixture into tins. Press the the mixture down, making an indention in the middle. I used an inverted soda pop bottle. It was the perfect size.
  • Cut marshmallows in half. Press sticky side down into the indention in the peanut butter cup. Move oven rack a few places down from the broiler. Set peanut butter cups under the broiler until marshmallows are golden brown. Watch close!
  • Melt dipping chocolate in the microwave, stirring after each 30 second interval until chocolate is smooth.
  • Spoon a small amount of chocolate over each peanut butter cup. Sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs.
  • Let sit until firm.
