Tri Tip Sandwich
Sandwiches are a favorite easy meal at my house. I've learned a few simple tricks that take this Tri Tip Sandwich from average to extraordinary! You are going to fall in love with it!
- 1 dinner roll
- 1/4 pound thinlysliced Tri Tip Roast you can use other types of roast or sliced deli roast beef
- 1 T Herb Garlic Butter
- 2 T barbecue sauce
- 1 slice cheese Swiss or Cheddar
- tomatoes onions, lettuce or other toppings of choice
Slice dinner roll in half.
Generously butter cut sides with Herb Garlic Butter
Set cut sides up on a baking sheet. Broil about 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
Set cheese on one slice of roll. Pile beef on other slice of roll. Return to oven and broil about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Spread barbecue sauce over beef.
Add any other desired toppings.
Put sandwich together.
