S'mores Toffee

Of course, you love golden brown marshmallows and warm melted chocolate sandwiched between two graham crackers! S'mores Toffee is everything you love about traditional s'mores in a super easy, make-ahead, no campfire needed candy! I'm warning you though, it's addicting!

  • 18 graham crackers
  • 2 cups marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 1.55 ounce Hershey's milk chocolate candy bars broken into pieces
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • dash salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Set graham crackers in the bottom of the baking sheet. I break them in half, and you might need to break them even more to get them to fit around the edges!
  • Sprinkle marshmallows and chocolate chips over the graham crackers.
  • In a saucepan melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly until the sugar is dissolved and the butter is melted. Keep stirring and cooking until it begins to bubble. Remove caramel from heat and add vanilla and a dash or two of salt.
  • Pour caramel mixture over crackers. Don't worry if it doesn't completely fill in all the holes, it will spread as it bakes and everything will get covered and caramelly!
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes. Break chocolate bar into pieces and sprinkle over cookies. Let cool. Break into pieces.


NOTE: Sprinkle with salt if you want to add a salty sweet dimension!
NOTE: Candy can be broken into pieces or cut into squares.
